I developed campaigns that shared valuable tips and insights, like How to Set Up Your Spin Bike and The Difference Between BodyPUMP & Strength Development, designed to inspire and educate our audience—giving them practical knowledge they could use to better their fitness. These often complemented free educational workshops.
The goal was to make our audience feel empowered in their choices for classes, workouts, nutrition, etc. This content also positioned us as experts in the industry.

To shape the brand's online personality, I created a campaign inspired by Vogue's 73 Questions, featuring interviews with La Maison's Directors. This engaging series offered a behind-the-scenes look, allowing members to connect with the team managing the club.
This campaign boosted engagement rates by 20% and sparked in-gym conversations between members and our team about the interviews. It successfully solidified the brand's voice and demonstrated our ability to foster an online community reflective of the one within our club.
